Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are fully covered by the customer. This cost will be added at the time of order and will constitute the final sale price.
Shipping across Italy: €10.00
Shipping abroad cost 20€ for orders
For orders of €100.00 or more within Italy, shipping is completely free of charge.
Delivery Times
From the moment the order is received, Meraki Studio Milano will dispatch the goods as quickly as possible. All products ordered through the website by 4:00 PM on a business day will be handed over to the courier within 48 hours from the order. Once the package is picked up and shipped, delivery generally takes 24 to 48 hours.
All orders placed after 4:00 PM on Friday will be processed starting from the following Monday.
Check Your Package
Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check that:
- the number of packages delivered matches the number stated in the shipping confirmation email, and
- the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet, or otherwise tampered with, including any sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps).
Any damage to the packaging and/or the product, or discrepancies in the number of packages, must be immediately reported to the courier by accepting the delivery with RESERVATION and clearly specifying the type of damage found on the delivery receipt.
Once the delivery note is signed, the customer can no longer contest the external condition of the delivered goods.
Track Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code.
We recommend checking the tracking the following day after shipment.
If you're not home and the courier is unable to complete the delivery, they will leave a delivery attempt notice at your address indicating the attempt and where the package was left. They will try to deliver again. If no further instructions are provided, the package will be placed in storage.
