Right of Withdrawal

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery or collection of the Products.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must first contact Meraki Studio Milano by sending an email to: saliveroumyra@gmail.com

The Customer may indicate the reasons for returning the product, thus allowing Meraki Studio Milano — except in cases of mere change of mind — to take any action necessary to improve customer satisfaction.

Meraki Studio Milano will provide the Customer with instructions on how to return the product.

In any case, the Customer may not proceed with any return without having first contacted us.

Return shipping costs, as well as any liability for loss, theft, damage, or delay in delivery, will remain the responsibility of the Customer.

The Customer undertakes to return the Products for which the right of withdrawal has been exercised without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the Customer notified Meraki Studio Milano of their decision to withdraw from the contract.

Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered. The Customer must ensure that the Products are intact and complete, have never been used, worn, or damaged in any way, and are returned in their original packaging, complete with all tags as received. If a Product comes with a security tag, the return will not be accepted if the original security tag has been removed, broken, or tampered with.

Meraki Studio Milano reserves the right to refuse returns of Products that are found to be damaged, worn, dirty, or in a condition that clearly indicates use for purposes other than verifying the nature and characteristics of the purchased Product.

In case of return refusal, Meraki Studio Milano will send a specific notification to the Customer and will not proceed with the refund of the amount paid. It also reserves the right to claim compensation for any damage attributable to the Customer's conduct.

The refund of the price of the returned Products will be made by Meraki Studio Milano without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which Meraki Studio Milano became aware of the Customer's decision to withdraw from the contract.

However, Meraki Studio Milano reserves the right to withhold the refund until it has received and verified the Product, or until the Customer has provided proof of having returned the Product in proper and undamaged condition — whichever occurs first.

The aforementioned refund will be made by re-crediting the amount paid by the Customer using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise and provided that they do not incur any additional costs as a result of the refund.

Meraki Studio Milano will confirm the refund to the Customer by email.

Meraki Studio Milano is not required to reimburse the delivery costs if the Customer has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the standard one offered by Meraki Studio Milano.
